The Spurs came up short last night, losing to the Minnesota Timberwolves 127-121. The Timberwolves led by as many as 18 points in the victory and held off a late San Antonio rally. Spurs guard Tre Jones says the team never feels like they are out of a game. The Spurs remain in 10th place in the Western Conference and are set to play the Pelicans in a Play-In game next Wednesday night. Keldon Johnson had 20 points to lead the Spurs in the losing effort. The loss snaps a three-game winning streak for San Antonio.
