A man is under arrest for reportedly threatening to burn down a church on the Northeast Side. The priest at St. Pius the Tenth Catholic Church says 53-year-old Luis Hernandez has come to the church and harassed him a number of times. On Tuesday, several people saw Hernandez at the church, and when one of them asked what he wanted, he reportedly said the church would burn. Police arrested Hernandez, who reportedly repeated the threat to them. He now faces a charge of making a terroristic threat.
