Spurs Falter in Fourth Quarter, Lose to Minnesota

The Spurs lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves 125 to 112 after leading at the start of the fourth quarter. The sours were outscored in the final 12 minutes 36 to 19.

De’Aaron Fox had 25 points for the Spurs, while Keldon Johnson and Devin Vassell chipped in 22 apiece. 

The Spurs have one home game Tuesday against Memphis before hitting the road again for at least four games.

That trip begins with a back-to-back Wednesday in Orlando, then moves on to Cleveland and New Orleans. From there, the Spurs travel to Los Angeles to face the Lakers in the NBA Cup quarterfinals.

If the Spurs win that game, they will move on to Las Vegas for the NBA Cup final four.
