A 15-year-old boy awaiting trial for capital murder will stay in juvenile detention for now. The teen is accused in the shooting death of 34-year-old Shaun Baker in November. The suspect's name hasn't been released because he is underage. In a detention hearing on Tuesday, the judge decided to keep the teen in custody. During the hearing, the state said it had filed a motion to try the suspect as an adult. The decision on that question hasn't been made. Another detention hearing for the teen is scheduled next month.
